Manufacturing Process Characteristics Of SZS

1, all sides of the membrane between the boiler and the boiler barrel are sealed by comb type boards, thus preventing the leakage of condensate and gas from the sealing of refractory concrete.
2, the larger hearth, with low emission burner, Nox is as low as 30mg/Nm3.
3, internal insulation measures are adopted at flue gas outlets of flue and boiler, which effectively reduce noise in boiler operation.
4, Using high quality aluminum silicate fiber and refractory mortar, the temperature of the furnace is controlled below 45 degrees, effectively controlling the heat loss.
5, The manhole is arranged on the front and bottom of the boiler, and the check door is arranged at the rear of the boiler, which is convenient to open, and is convenient for users to overhaul and clean up internal and external parts.
6,The front and back walls of the boiler body are all made of membrane structure, which greatly improves the service life of the front and back walls and ensures the service life of more than 20 years.

Model Parameters Of SZS Gas Fired Hot Water Boiler

The SZS series boilers are composed of Double pot, longitudinal and room burning D type, the right side is the hearth, the left is a convective tube bundle, and the movable support through the middle and both ends of the lower pot is fixed on the body chassis, and the boiler is expanded to both ends.

The furnace is surrounded by a narrow tube membrane water cooling wall, and the membrane type water wall on the left side of the furnace is completely sealed off the furnace with a convective tube. The back of the convective tube area is a staggered structure, the front part is a sequence structure. The smoke produced by the furnace chamber comes from the smoke outlet of the furnace tail into the burning chamber and the convection tube zone, and then from the boiler The left front part is turned into the spiral fin tube energy economizer and condenser, and finally enters the flue into the chimney and exhausting into the atmosphere.
